Free 20-minute Phone or Video Consultation

Individual Counselling

• $130 — 60 minutes
• $150 — 75 minutes (Intake session)
• $180 — 90 minutes (Extended session)

Couples Counselling

• $150 — 60 minutes
• $180 — 90 minutes (Initial session)
• $130 — 60 minutes (Individual sessions for each partner)

Family Counselling

• $180 — 60 minutes

Specialized Therapy

• $200 — 90 minutes (Accelerated Resolution Therapy)

All fees include GST.

Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, services may be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to confirm how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy.

I am a Certified Canadian Counsellor (C.C.C #14029) through the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).
I am also a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #24848) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors,
and a CVAP-approved provider (CVAP #3199169) for clients receiving Crime Victim Assistance Program funding.

Please use those numbers when submitting insurance claims.

Questions to Ask Your Provider

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you may be charged the full session rate.
