What Is Virtual Therapy?
Telehealth allows me to provide counselling and therapy through live video conferencing. You can connect from anywhere you have a computer or smartphone.
These appointments are especially beneficial if getting to a traditional in-person session is not convenient—or if you just prefer the comfort of your own space.
As Effective as In-Person Counselling
Research has shown that virtual therapy is just as effective as face-to-face sessions for many concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. Clients often report that meeting virtually makes them feel more relaxed, more consistent in attending sessions, and better able to integrate therapy into their daily lives.
Easy to Access and Flexible
My telehealth platform allows you to schedule appointments directly online and complete your entire session digitally. While you don’t need a video camera, I do recommend using one for the most connected experience.
